Vertically integrated with a network of over 200 family farmers, Aiya takes great pride in its longstanding generational relationships and owns over 80% of the harvesting rights to the Nishio tea plantations. The vast amount of procurement options allows Aiya the flexibility to blend its teas into various Matcha grades. This process ensures that the final product conforms to the highest quality and strictest specifications. Although our Matcha is grown and manufactured in Japan, sales and fulfillment are handled domestically, resulting in shorter lead times and lower minimums.
