As consumers reach for better-for-you food and beverages and agencies recommend limiting daily added sugar intake (Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2015-2020), the launch of Fibersol-2L, a liquid version of Fibersol, is providing a solution for manufacturers. This new product makes it very easy for manufacturers to incorporate into their formulations, while delivering the same lower calorie content and same level of fiber quality as Fibersol-2 with 90% soluble dietary fiber (dsb).

Typically, the use of zero-calorie sweeteners can create an aftertaste or linger that a low level of Fibersol can make less noticeable.
