Gelatin and collagen peptide manufacturer Nitta Gelatin, Morrisville, NC, has hired Erika Tchang as the business development manager for its WellnexTM collagen peptides product line. Ms. Tchang’s role is focused on developing the North American and European markets for collagen peptides.
Prior to joining Nitta Gelatin, Ms. Tchang most recently served as a consultant for dietary supplement and food ingredient manufacturers.
