AB-Biotics, the microbiome science affiliate of Kaneka Probiotics, has launched a new nutritional supplement for infants, Vitamin D + Probiotic Drops, in collaboration with global health and wellness company H&H Group.
The new product adds to H&H Group’s Biostime brand, globally known for premium probiotic formulations that target digestion, gastrointestinal discomfort, immunity, teeth and bone health. Biostime Vitamin D + Probiotic Drops are now available across Asia-Pacific and the U.S.
The new formula is available for babies aged 0 months to toddlers up to 3 years of age. The drops include Bifidobacterium longum CECT 7894 and Pediococcus pentosaceus CECT 8330, which, when used in combination, support healthy microflora balance, which is correlated with decreased crying time in colicky infants.
