“As we enter a new decade, it is becoming increasingly vital that we create a more circular global food economy for generations to come,” said Chris Lee, Managing Director, Health and Nutrition Network, Europe, at Informa Markets. “Having confirmed our commitment to making Vitafoods zero carbon/zero waste by 2025, sustainability will once again take center stage at this year’s event. We want to inspire both the industry and the end consumer, to help shape the future of the food industry for optimal health through the development of innovative new products, processes and packaging. Ultimately, we hope that the insights we take from this year’s event will encourage positive change in the nutraceutical community as we work towards a greener future — together.”
