National Enzyme Company, Forsyth, MO, has hired Jim Astemborski as director of operations.
Coming from nearly 25 years of operational experience, Mr. Astemborski recently joined the team at NEC after previously serving as production manager of ConAgra Foods, general manager of Supreme Oil Company, Inc, and operations manager of HJ Heinz. With a diverse background in operations and a solid track record for leadership and change management, NEC said Mr. Astemborski understands that a strong team is the essential foundation for a healthy company.
Mr. Astemborski said he joined the NEC team because he saw it as an opportunity to be part of a company on the verge of growth. “I am excited to join the NEC team. NEC is blessed with a hardworking and dedicated team, which I’m thrilled to become a part of.
