HORN, La Mirada, CA, unveiled a new partnership with Innovative Food Processors, Inc. (IFP). HORN will represent IFP as its sales distributor throughout the Western and Southwestern U.S. territories, offering a line of specialty ingredients including IFP’s micro-encapsulated technology PrimeCAPand Insta*Thick agglomerated products. These ingredients offer functional solutions to a variety of bakery, confection, meat and nutritional applications.

IFP’s patented micro-encapsulation PrimeCAP technology applies multiple layers of coating over ingredient particles for ingredient isolation to provide controlled interaction, unique flavor performance and to protect ingredient stability and functionality. IFP’s Insta*Thick instantized ingredients accelerate dispersion while adding stability and texture in a dust free and free flowing form.
