Oil-soluble green tea extract from Kemin Industries has been approved as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). GT-FORT, the Kemin brand of oil-soluble green tea extract, is available for use as an antioxidant in a variety of food and beverage products.
