Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS), a Chandler-AZ contract manufacturer of vitamins, supplements and sports nutrition products, has promoted Craig Macnair to chief financial officer, and hired Matthew Spicer as vice president of strategic sourcing.
Mr. Macnair previously served as vice president, controller for ANS. Prior to that, for the past 20 years he has been in several senior finance executive roles for companies including ASM International, Freescale Semiconductor and Motorola, Inc.
In his role as CFO, he will help create the vision and framework for making financial decisions as a member of the leadership team, and will develop and implement the long-range financial strategy as well as oversee day-to-day financial management. He will maintain oversight of financial controls to preserve ANS assets and to report accurate financial results to financial institutions, shareholders and the Board.
Mr. Spicer comes to ANS with 18-years of experience in sourcing and procurement at Honeywell and General Electric. In his role as vice president of strategic sourcing, Mr. Spicer will work on installing more formal and scalable business processes in sourcing, procurement and supply base management to improve delivery, quality and cost performance from ANS vendors.
