In collaboration with its partner Mintel, Bio2com has released a new report that analyzes the nutritional issues of school children. The report states that products released into the market for this segment within the last year are fewer than analysts were expecting. They have observed high activity in the bakery industry, which creates many specific products for children; whereas the overall share of innovations during the last year is a meager 10% for children ages 5-12.
