BI Nutraceuticals, Long Beach, CA, has promoted Quynh Lam to director of fulfillment services. She will be responsible for all customer service activities, sales forecasting related to raw material needs, production prioritization, finished product allocation and strategic inventory creation. She has worked with BI since 1996, holding positions that include customer service manager and product manager. The company has also hired Angela Dorsey as product manager. She will be primarily focused on creating and implementing marketing strategies and tools to accelerate the company’s sales and market penetration. Previously, she served as brand manager with Promax Nutrition.
