Educators who teach cereal food science and safety have a new resource to aid in the advancement of their field through the newly developed AACC International Education Division. The purpose of the Education Division is to improve the quality, scope, currency and relevance of education/training in that portion of food science dealing with cereal grains, cereal processing and cereal-based foods. Any member of AACC International interested in education is eligible for AACC International Education Division membership.
