Enzymotec has expanded its phosphatidylserine (PS) product line through the development of a new production method that enables the manufacturing of high grade PS, including the new PS70 and PS90, in addition to other extensive products in its SharpPS line. These new grades are produced under high quality standards and comply with current GMO-free and European regulations. According to the company, the new grades are most suitable for dietary supplements, functional foods and pharmaceuticals. The new grades are available in powder form and are characterized by excellent flowability and color.
