Sabinsa continues its global expansion with the opening of a warehousing, sales, and distribution office in Poland and bringing on staff to serve customers in the growing East European, Eastern Block as well as CIS countries.
Thomasz Majewski has joined the company as Country Head Poland & Eastern Europe, supervising and setting directions for sales, marketing, logistics, administration, accounting, and finance. His many years of experience in creating and leading effective teams in the pharmaceutical and FMCG markets includes such companies as Teva, GSK, Johnson&Johnson, Neuca Capital Group, Natur Produkt Zdrovit, Wrigley, and Gerber. He has a Management degree from the University of Humanities and Economics in Łódż.
Additional staff includes Marcin Rutkowski as Sales Director, Karol Torz as Warehouse and Logistics Manager, and Dagmara Krupniewska handling Administration and Customer Service. Daily reporting structure will be to Umar Jan, Resident Director & Prokurist of Sabinsa Europe and Director of Sabinsa Poland, and functional reporting to Madhu Subramanian, President, Global Business Expansion & Operations and Director of Sabinsa Poland, and Shaheen Majeed, President - Worldwide and Director of Sabinsa Poland.
Luboń, a town situated on the Warta River, in the Poznań metro area, located between Warsaw and Berlin, was chosen for the location of this new office.
