2017 was a very important year for the nutraceutical industry, marking significant developments in many areas included sourcing and discovery of new raw materials, farming methods, processing techniques and even new product delivery formats. However, one of the most important of these was the (recognized) need for supply chain transparency, ingredient quality, and sustainability, the company explained.
Ms. Helga Villanueva, NP Nutra’s quality assurance and regulatory compliance director explained, “Triple-T Verification was developed as a direct response to that need. Mr. Walton provided a small glimpse of the plans NP Nutra has for 2018, “Our goal is to continue serving our customers, and the best way to accomplish that is to listen and address their needs. We have plans to introduce many new ingredients to our portfolio and expand our signature ingredient line with some innovative new brands.”
