An international joint venture agreement between Gencor Nutrients, Inc., Anaheim, CA, and Prismic Pharmaceuticals, Scottsdale, AZ, has been negotiated where under the terms of the agreement Gencor will provide sourcing and new product development services to Prismic. In addition, Gencor will provide regulatory and commercial advisory services and assistance with international clinical studies, with a particular emphasis on Asia and South America. The agreement extends Gencor’s reach into the realm of medical foods, where its science-driven ingredients can improve quality of life for people with a wide range of age-related disorders.
