New Sun Nutrition, Santa Barbara, CA, has promoted Maigread Eichten, currently COO, to president and CEO. Dick Lamb, the company’s founding CEO and a major shareholder in the company, will serve as non-executive chairman of the Board of Directors. Ms. Eichten, who joined the company in January 2007 for the express purpose of replacing Mr. Lamb, will now direct the day-to-day management of the organization including financials, marketing, product development and operations.
