AACC International, St. Paul, MN, has elected its new members for 2006-2007. Bernard Bruinsma, new president-elect, is the technical director for Innovative Cereal Systems (ICS). Jan Delcour, new director, is a professor at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Leuven, Belgium. Margaret Bath, newly appointed director, is vice president, Research, Quality and Technology at the Kellogg Company. Robert Hamer is AACC International president and is director of the Structure and Functionality Program for the Wageningen Centre for Food Sciences in Wageningen, The Netherlands. Other members of the 2006-2007 board include: Stuart Craig, chair of the board; Elizabeth Knight, treasurer; Mary Ellen Camire, director; Laura Hansen, director; Moses Okot-Kotber, director; and Jan Willem Van Der Kamp, international director.
