This year, over 1,400 confirmed exhibitors will be attending the co-located SupplySide West and Food ingredients North America events, drawing in an anticipated 18,000 visitors from across the globe.
Professionals in the food, beverage, supplement, and personal care industries will be able to capitalize on the collective strength of both industries to innovate, educate, and network. Collectively, over 10,000 products will be showcased, spanning conventional and functional ingredients, herbal and natural medicines, flavors and fragrances, packaging, labeling solutions, and more.
The conference program will provide over 140 hours of content. In the Fi North America Theater, industry experts will share experiences, advice, and success stories, with events such as “The future of food is upcycled: meet three ingredients leading the way,” “What does an inclusive industry look like?” and “How to build a great-tasting functional beverage.”
The SupplySide West stage will host a series of sessions, panel discussions, and keynote presentations covering market trends, consumer insights, regulatory updates, business strategies, and more.
Those who can’t attend in person can purchase a virtual pass, which will allow them to live stream all of the educational sessions and watch them on-demand.
The 2023 event will have features to enrich the experience. The New Products Zone will feature food and beverage industry trends. The Tasting Bar will give visitors a chance to sample functional ingredients and culinary innovations. The IPA Probiotics Resource Center will offer a window into the latest advances in probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, and synbiotics. The Supplier Presentation Theater will provide a forum for suppliers to introduce their offerings to interested attendees.
For the second year in a row, the events are partnering with the City of Las Vegas Tree Initiative and a local vendor National Plant and Floral to help offset the urban heat island effect in the city.
“We are very excited to be returning to Las Vegas for the largest gathering of buyers and suppliers in the North American food and nutrition industry calendar,” said Yannick Verry, brand manager at Food ingredients Europe and the Americas. “We have built a strong value proposition around online and in-person opportunities for making business connections, sourcing ingredients, and getting up to speed on industry developments. We urge visitors to maximize the value they derive from the event by taking advantage of all of the features on offer.”
