TSI Group has received two Informed Ingredient certifications for MyHMB and MyHMB Clear, which verify that each ingredient has been tested for impurities and substances which are banned in sports nutrition products.
Hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB) is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine, and is studied for its role in improving muscle protein synthesis and recovery from exercise-induced damage. MyHMB is formulated to support muscle health for people of all ages and activity levels. MyHMB Clear is the free acid form of the ingredient, which offers enhanced bioavailability and absorption.
