Hologram Sciences and Haleon have announced a partnership to develop concepts of personalized wellness products.
Hologram Sciences was launched in 2021, and was backed with a $100 million investment by Royal DSM. The company was developed to create customized dietary supplements, and has launched two brands so far: d.velop, a combination of a vitamin D test kit and a vitamin D supplement with calcifediol; and Phenology, the company’s first women’s health brand.
Haleon is a spinout of GSK which went public in 2022. The company’s product portfolio spans several categories including oral health, pain relief, respiratory health, digestive health, and vitamins, minerals, and supplements.
Together, the companies will explore commercial opportunities in the United States focused on unmet consumer needs, and find ways to address them under Haleon’s brands. The two companies will also co-develop supplement concepts.
“We are excited to enter a strategic partnership with Haleon, and the beginning of a sustainable, long-term collaboration to enhance consumer experience and outcomes across categories,” said Ian Brady, CEO of Hologram Sciences. “Haleon’s market-leading brands in consumer health and wellness, plus their deep consumer insights combined with the trusted science behind the products are ideally suited to our expertise in rapid concept development of holistic health and wellness solutions.”
“We are excited to explore together new and different ways we can deliver better everyday health,” said Andrea Barath, senior director, U.S. incubator lead, Haleon. “The partnership with Hologram Sciences will enable us to discover more consumer-centric and agile approaches to provide personalized experiences for our consumers as they navigate their wellness journeys and aspire to maximize their healthspan.”
