Amin Talati Wasserman, a law firm which specializes in representing companies in the food, beverage, and dietary supplement spaces, among others, recently announced that George Spatz has joined the firm as a partner, and will be based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Spatz has experience in law and in trials in technology, supply chain, advertising, intellectual property, and government disputes, and began his career at a technology law boutique before joining a top international firm for 15 years, the company said.
“WE are fortunate to have George leading our dispute resolution and litigation group,” Rakesh Amin, founding partner, said. “He has been recognized for his substantive legal knowledge winning Outside Counsel of the Year award in 2018 from Miller Coors and has been a featured commentator on CNBC television’s Street Signs in a segment on privacy and technology.”
Amin Talati Wasserman is reputed for its work in FDA, advertising, and Prop 65 compliance, intellectual property protection (patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights), and litigation, the firm said.
