The Functional Food Centre, Oxford Brookes University in collaboration with New Zealand Institute of Plant and Food Research and University of Manitoba will host UK’s first International Functional Food Conference “The Science, Claims and Marketing of Functional Foods” on November 25-26, 2010 at the Barceló Oxford Hotel in Oxford, UK. Sessions include Definitions and Legislation, Evidence-Based Science, International Perspectives, Marketing and Commercialization and Novel Ingredients for: weight loss, enhanced taste and healthy aging with eminent speakers from New Zealand, Canada, UK, Finland, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan and Switzerland.
