Nutrition Capital Network (NCN) will host a special “Ingredients and Technology Investor meeting” the day before the opening of this year’s SupplySide West trade show at the Sands Convention Center on October 20, 2010 in Las Vegas.
NCN investor meetings connect presenting companies that are interested in raising capital or seeking exits with interested financial and strategic investors. This special NCN event focuses on the ingredient and technology sector and will connect early-stage and development companies with established players for capital investment, commercialization, technology licensing and other development initiatives.
Ingredient and technology companies in the nutrition and health & wellness industry can benefit from investments from strategic industry partners and NCN seeks to provide assistance to high quality presenters looking to grow their businesses.
NCN at SupplySide West will take place on Wednesday, October 20 from 1-5:30 p.m at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas. Ten to 12 presenting companies will be accepted by NCN’s screening committee and make 10-minute presentations, followed by one-on-one meetings for the duration of the event. Last year’s event was attended by a spread of investors and industry participants including DSM, Lonza, Kerry, Martek, General Mills and Nestle.
Parties interested in presenting must submit a brief application form available by e-mail or on the NCN website. Parties interested in attending the meeting must register as an investor or strategic industry participant. Registration may be completed at www.nutritioncapital.com.
