Pizzey’s Milling has introduced flaxseed-based low-net carbohydrate pizza crust technology. The pizza crust uses up to 15% SelectGrad™ Ultra-Fine whole-milled flaxseed, contributing 1100 mg of healthy omega 3’s per serving. In addition, Pizzey’s SelectGrad whole-milled flaxseed contains less than 3% net carbohydrates.
