In the April issue of Nutraceuticals World under the heading USP Issues New Safety Criteria For Dietary Supplements there was an error in the Class 1 description. It should have stated “Class 1-Articles for which the committee is unaware of significant safety issues present when the article is used and formulated appropriately that would prohibit a monograph being developed.
