The Natural Marketing Institute (NMI), Harleysville, PA, has made several personnel changes. Darrin Duber-Smith has been named marketing director, personal care sector. Previously, Mr. Duber-Smith served as president of Green Marketing, a Colorado-based consulting services firm. Gynne Rogers has been named strategic marketing analyst, LOHAS sector. Most recently, Ms. Rogers worked at Pitney Bowes. Kelly Hanlon has been named market research analyst. Previously, Ms. Hanlon conducted both primary and secondary research projects for a variety of healthcare companies and utilities.
