Nammex Receives
Kosher Certification
As part of an ongoing program of quality improvement and in an effort to reach out to broader markets, Nammex, Gibsons, British Columbia, Canada, recently applied for and was granted Kosher Certification for its mushroom mycelia product. The process of Kosher certification involves ensuring both the ingredients and the production equipment meet the requirements of Kashrus, a Jewish dietary law.
