Knowledge Networks To Acquire Essentia Water
Knowledge Networks, Capistrano Beach, CA, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Essentia Water. Essentia products are currently being distributed in 40 states and the company is projecting year-end revenues of $2.9 million. Knowledge Networks also has an ag­gressive roll-up plan to acquire bottling plants across the country.
