Infusd Nutrition will exhibit at IFT First to discuss its proprietary technology used to facilitate dosage forms previously thought impossible for certain functional ingredients. The technology comes as consumers increasingly move away from pills toward novel delivery and dosage formats.
Infusd’s technology can accommodate a wide range of ingredients, including omega-3s, fat-soluble vitamins, adaptogens, mushrooms, cognitive health ingredients, botanical extracts, phospholipids, and minerals.
With the technology, Infusd can enable fat-soluble and insoluble ingredients to be processed into water-soluble, shelf-stable formats for foods, beverages, and other kinds of dietary supplement applications.
It also gives manufacturers a clean-label alternative to emulsifiers, weighting agents, and surfactants that are commonly used for such purposes.
Infusd operates a 60,000-square-foot facility in Geneva, New York, with in-house quality control, testing, packaging, and logistics capabilities. Products can be manufactured with certifications including SQF, USDA Organic, Kosher, Halal, and NSF Certified for Sport.
