Trace Minerals Research (TMR), Ogden, UT, will introduce FMB (Feed My Brain), which was exclusively formulated by Alexander Schauss, PhD, as well as Liquid Ionic B12, Liquid Ionic Calcium, Liquid Ionic Manganese, and Liquid Ionic Strontium.

“We are excited and fortunate to be able to partner with Dr. Schauss on the launch of FMB,” said Matt Kilts, managing partner of TMR. “When Dr. Schauss came to us with the formulation and all of the compelling scientific evidence that showed the importance of nutrition on brain function in children, including pilot-controlled clinical trial studies performed around the world using supplements, it was a no-brainer to add FMB to our product line because of how beneficial it would be to our customers.”

FMB is a fruit punch-flavored chewable wafer that has been exclusively formulated and developed by Dr. Schauss, a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN) and a Certified Food Scientist (CFS), based on nearly 40 years of research. It is based on the landmark book “Feed My Brain: Eating to Excel,” of which Dr. Schauss is the senior co-author. The book outlines a 12-week nutrition plan whose components have been shown in one of the largest nutrition studies in the world to maximize the academic performance of youngsters at all grade levels. Based on this extensive study, FMB has been scientifically formulated with over 100 vitamins, minerals, probiotics, enzymes, and foods to provide nutritional support to the brain during a child and young adult’s formative years to help optimize its function, particularly to support academic achievement. It has no added sugar and certified vegan.

TMR is also introducing Liquid Ionic B12, Calcium, Manganese, and Strontium to its Ionic Single Minerals line of liquid mineral supplements. Ionic Single Minerals provide minerals in a liquid form for maximum absorption. Each bottle comes with a metered dropper for flexible dosing, to meet each person’s individual needs.

Liquid Ionic B12 is formulated with 1,000 micrograms of vitamin B12 from methylcobalamin and has a great-tasting grape flavor from natural sources. Vitamin B12 plays a crucial role in multiple metabolic functions, including enzyme production, DNA synthesis, hormone balance, and healthy nerve and cardiovascular function. Liquid Ionic Calcium is formulated with 200 milligrams of calcium chloride, which is essential for healthy nerves, muscles, and bones. In fact, 47% of calcium in blood plasma is ionized, the same type found in Liquid Ionic Calcium. Liquid Ionic Manganese provides 10 milligrams of manganese gluconate and is essential for proper enzyme activation, healthy antioxidant function in cells, metabolism, and healthy bone development. Lastly, Liquid Ionic Strontium provides 100 milligrams of strontium chloride. Strontium is chemically similar to calcium and plays an important role in maintaining and preserving healthy bone density as well as healthy bone development. All Ionic Single Minerals are NON-GMO, certified vegan, and include a full-spectrum of over 72 naturally-occurring ionic trace minerals.
