Kappa BioScience, Oslo, Norway, has obtained Kosher certification from Circle K Kosher Certification (OK KOSHER) for its K2VITAL brand portfolio of vitamin K2 as MK7. Kosher notation may now be noted on consumer packaging containing K2VITAL. Kosher certification requires monitoring of all aspects of production. OK KOSHER supervises the process by which ingredients are prepared, examines the raw materials and inspects the production facilities prior to each batch produced, to make sure that standards are met.
