Insurance brokerage Bolton & Company, Pasadena, CA, welcomes Greg Doherty, CPCU, ARM as executive vice president and managing director of the Dietary Supplement Practice Group.

Mr. Doherty has dedicated his career to the dietary supplement industry since 2001, and is deeply embedded in all facets of the industry today. His clients include a wide range of raw materials suppliers, contract manufacturers and retailers. He also places insurance for formulators, testing labs, GMP consultants and other industry consultants. In the past he has been active in many industry trade associations, and a supporter of Vitamin Angels and the American Botanical Council. He is a regular guest columnist in Nutraceuticals World and has been published in numerous trade journals over the years. Most recently, Mr. Doherty was with Poms & Associates Insurance Brokers, Inc.
