Dr. Boris Nemzer, director of research, development, and quality assurance for FutureCeuticals, Momence, IL, has been appointed to a 3-year adjunct professor position in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
As part of this appointment, Dr. Nemzer will interact with the University's faculty and students on joint projects and on various research topics related to food, health, and wellness. Dr. Nemzer will also deliver seminars and lectures, serve on faculty and graduate student committees, and co-mentor and co-direct Ph.D. students' research.
"We are extremely proud of Dr. Nemzer, and of the amazing work he does in the areas of food and nutrition sciences," said FutureCeuticals president Jeff Van Drunen.
