Based on its recent analysis of the antioxidants market, Frost & Sullivan has recognized Italian company Phenofarmwith the 2012 Europe New Product Innovation Award for its extract Phenolea Complex. The product is set to address the European demand for natural antioxidant ingredients. Phenolea Complex is derived from olive fruit and is a standardized extract containing molecules that have a high antioxidant capacity. Phenolea Complex is clean label, contains water-soluble molecules and is applicable to many food and beverages.
