ADM has been recognized as part of Newsweek’s “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024,” highlighting the company’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion at all roles and levels.
For the second consecutive year, Newsweek partnered with data firm Plant-A Insights Group to determine the rankings. The nominations highlight companies that have created the best working environment for women based on a range of metrics, including compensation, diversity, and work-life balance, according to women in the workforce.
As part of the study, Plant-A assessed public data, interviews with human resources professionals, and confidential online surveys of working women. More than 142,000 female employees were interviewed to collect over 848,000 reviews of large and small companies.
“We are honored to be recognized as a greatest workplace for Women. This recognition is a testament to our values and to our ongoing commitment of our colleagues to create a workplace and culture that empowers an inclusive environment,” said Jennifer Weber, chief human resources officer and chief diversity officer for ADM. “At ADM, we are proud to develop a culture that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion as it allows us to shape our success by cultivating innovation, driving growth and delivering outstanding performance for all ADM stakeholders.”
