BGG World has received an EcoVadis silver medal as recognition for its sustainability rating.
EcoVadis provides sustainability ratings which enable companies to reduce risk and improve impact on the planet and people; a silver medal from the organization places BGG World in the top 15% of companies assessed for sustainable manufacturing practices.
EcoVadis has rated over 500,000 companies worldwide, recognizing leading companies like BGG with medals that demonstrate their efforts in attaining EcoVadis’ goal of improving economies, peoples’ lives, and the planet.
“BGG invests a tremendous amount of time, energy and resources in environmentally responsible manufacturing and sustainable practices,” said Juergen Nelis, global CEO of BGG World. “We are very happy to have our efforts documented by an independent rating entity of Ecovadis’ stature. This silver medal is not only a most welcome acknowledgement for our past efforts, but also a huge incentive to work even harder this year to attain a gold medal.”
