Protein Research has appointed Todd Spear as its new vice president of sales and marketing. Spear has over twenty years of experience in sales, management, and development of ingredient and brands in the health and wellness industry.
In his new role, Spear will lead the sales and marketing departments to develop and implement strategies for sales and revenue growth across Protein Research’s portfolio of manufacturing and packaging services.
He will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing overall sales and marketing strategy.
Spear most recently was vice president of sales at Nutrition21. He has more than doubled the business’ size in that position, and oversaw the launch of four new ingredients.
