Supplement company NOW has received a top national Human Resources award for 2021 from the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), which selected the company as one of the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” in the summer application season.
This competition identifies and honors organizations that display excellence in operations, employee enrichment, increased productivity, and financial performance, NOW reports. The program honored 184 national organizations total out of 1,500 nominations. The national winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed measures relative to other nationally-recognized winners.
“The Best and Brightest is a powerful community of elite leaders who share ideas and practices, and have proven they are employers of choice. Best and Brightest winning companies have also been a voice for important actions in creating a sustainable culture that works, ensuring the wellbeing of their employees comes first,” Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs, said.
This year is the ninth in a row in which NOW received national recognition as a Best and Brightest employer.
“We appreciate every member of the NOW team, and are gratified at this confirmation that they realize it,” NOW CEO Jim Emme said. “At a time when so many people are rethinking how they want to spend their work hours in particular it’s more important than ever that employees feel valued.”
