The American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) has announced that it will host its 9th AHPA Botanical Congress, which will be held virtually this year on Monday, May 24, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT.
The one-day virtual event is themed “Botanicals in the time of COVID” and will explore regulatory, supply chain, and other business-related issues directly impacting those companies and individuals doing business in the botanical/herbal and dietary supplement industries.
“The coronavirus affected all of our lives, both from a personal and business perspective, and its impact on our industry will likely be felt for many years to come,” AHPA president Michael McGuffin said. “This year’s AHPA Botanical Congress will focus on lessons learned from COVID and share practical advice that those in the industry need to know moving forward.”
More specific details on the agenda will be announced soon.
Registration for the event, which includes on-demand availability for one year, is $399 for AHPA members and $525 for non-members through April 23 under the Early Bird Registration promotion. Prices go up to $449 and $575, respectively, on April 24.
