Hi & Fi Asia-China 2020 Has Been Postponed

Amid the ongoing health and travel concerns surrounding COVID-19, the event is now slated for Shanghai in November.

The 22nd installment of the exhibition Hi & Fi Asia-China, originally slated to take place from June 22-24, has been rescheduled, and will now take place at the National Exhibition Convention Center in Shanghai from November 25-27 of this year, host company Informa Markets announced today.
 
Over the years, over 500,000 stakeholders in the food ingredients industry have attended Hi & Fi since its inaugural convention in the Netherlands in 1986.
 
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, the organizers continued to listen to exhibitor feedback and monitor the global situation closely, Informa reports.
 
“It’s our absolute priority to deliver safe and successful events,” Informa said in a statement. “Furthermore, with travel restrictions in some countries, imposed quarantine for returnees, this postponement will provide far greater flexibility for our community and allow optimal business performance for exhibitors and buyers by hosting the event at a later time.”
