Zesty Paws has partnered with ChromaDex to launch a healthy aging supplement line for dogs, one of which contains Niagen nicotinamide riboside, an ingredient designed to increase endogenous production of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+).
 
NAD+ is a coenzyme which plays a role in cellular processes including mitochondrial function, cellular energy production, and DNA repair.

The Healthy Aging NAD+ Precursor Pack from Zesty Paws will launch exclusively with online retailer Chewy this month, and includes one bottle with 60 capsules containing Niagen and a jar of the brand’s bacon-flavored Pill Wrap Probiotic Paste.
