The site will allow users to explore literature on how human biology selectively accumulates specific carotenoids in the eye and brain, and the role they play in enhancing the function of specialized tissues. Macular carotenoids include lutein, zeaxanthin, and meso-zeaxanthin. The site will also offer information on tested carotenoid ingredients used in nutraceutical products, namely Xanthosight, NutrilZ, and Nutri-Mz, products which are manufactured by Stauber’s partner IOSA.
