Kg has consolidated its four North American operating businesses—Martin Bauer, Plantextrakt, MB North America and Kentea—into a single corporate identity positioned under the umbrella of Martin Bauer Inc. In addition, the company has opened its new North America corporate offices in Secaucus, NJ.
