LycoRed Natural Products has launched Lyc-O-Mato® Fibers, which is dried tomato juice produced from the same specially bred and cultivated lycopene-rich tomatoes used in Lyc-O-Mato. Using proprietary technology, the tomato fibers with natural lycopene still attached are separated from the fruit and carefully dried into a free flowing red powder without any chemicals used during the pro­cess. Lyc-O-Mato Fibers is 100% natural and because they contain only a small amount of soluble tomato so­lids, they can be added to practically any food without affecting flavor. Lyc-O-Mato Fibers can also be used as a natural red colorant in a variety of food products.
