Lemme Launches Balance Capsules to Support Hormonal Regulation and Ovarian Balance

Lemme, a wellness brand co-founded by Kourtney Kardashian Barker, introduced Balance Capsules, designed to support hormone balance and ovarian health.

Disruptions in hormone signaling and metabolic function may have an impact on irregular cycles, breakouts, mood shifts, and more, the company reported. As understanding of hormone balance evolves, issues related to mood, skin health, and cycle health are increasingly recognized as connected to the body’s hormone signaling and metabolic systems.

The formula features a clinically studied 40:1 ratio of Myo- and D-Chiro-Inositol, two compounds essential to ovarian function and hormone regulation. This ratio mirrors the balance within the body, and has been studied for its role in supporting cycle regulatory and metabolic health, the company reported. The supplement also features chromium, methylated folate, and spearmint.
