Next Pharmaceuticals, Salinas, CA, has sold substantially all of its assets including the Relora, Sytrinol, Seditol and Nexrutine brands to InterHealth Nutraceuticals, Benicia, CA, as of May 8.

InterHealth researches, develops, manufactures, markets and distributes proprietary nutritional ingredients, which are sold worldwide to manufacturers of dietary supplements and functional foods, beverages and cosmetic products.

The companies anticipate a smooth transition for new and existing customers of the ingredient brands, and InterHealth is working to ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
