GoodBelly Introduces Grab&Go Probiotic Drinks

By: Lisa Olivo

NextFoods, Boulder, CO, has added a line of Grab&Go probiotic drinks for daily digestive health to its GoodBelly brand. The new 15.2-oz. beverages tout the same well researched and efficacious probiotic strain used in the brand’s existing line-up, Lactobacillus plantarum 299v (LP299V). This strain can withstand the stomach’s acidic environment allowing it to reach the digestive system and positively support digestive health when consumed daily, according to the company. The drinks are available in three flavors: Mango, Blueberry Acai and Tropical Green. Each bottle is loaded with 20 billion live and active probiotic cultures to support digestive health.

“We at GoodBelly know that accessibility matters. We wanted to provide our consumers with a seamless, great tasting way to get the benefits of adding probiotics to their diets, without creating a burden on their busy schedules,” said Alan Murray, CEO of GoodBelly. “And with this widespread on-the-go mentality of today’s busy lifestyles, our new portable beverages make probiotic consumption convenient and delicious. Plus, these portable powerhouses are formulated with the same, effective probiotics as in our popular line of multi-serving juice drinks and shots. We’re thrilled to share the new line with GoodBelly fans!”

Blueberry Acai offers probiotic support in a berry flavor, while Mango boasts a rich, tropical flavor. Tropical Green offers good-for-you greens including spinach, alfalfa grass and spirulina, and tropical fruits. This green juice replenishes the good bacteria in the digestive tract, while providing vitamins A, B12 and C.

Like all other GoodBelly products, GoodBelly Grab&Go probiotic drinks are organic, non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free, vegan and kosher.
