GNC is launching its first-ever flavor- and color-changing pre-workout supplement under the Beyond Raw line, in the original Lit formula. The color- and flavor-changing technology is available for a limited time.  

By mixing one scoop of the pre-workout into 8 fluid ounces of water and shaking, the beverage starts with a lemonade flavor and color, but once shaken again, the color-shifting beads dissolve to create a green apple flavor and color. The dual-phase experience is designed to add a surprise to those seeking a high-quality pre-workout supplement.

The pre-workout features 250 mg of caffeine in a mix of extended and standard release profiles, 3 grams of citrulline and Nitrogisine, 3.2 grams of beta-alanine, and 1.5 grams of creatine, to promote energy, focus, muscle pumps, and muscle endurance.
