Garden of Life launched its first supplements targeting men’s hair loss, under its Dr. Formulated line. The capsule and gummy formulations each contain selected ingredients shown to improve the hair growth cycle, along with nutrients to support men’s health.

With one third of U.S. men between ages 33 and 54 looking for a drug-free way to combat hair loss, the new line from Garden of Life is formulated to support men of all ages and hair types with a holistic approach to support hair growth.

Each product was developed in collaboration with David Perlmutter, MD, the doctor behind Garden of Life’s Dr. Formulated product line and an expert on the human microbiome.

Each product contains Actrisave, a clinically-studied combination of black rice and prickly pear cactus flower extracts, which is evidenced to support men’s hair growth.

In addition to Actrisave, the Dr. Formulated Hair Growth Capsules for Men contain saw palmetto, vitamin B12, folate, zinc, and one billion CFU of a clinically-studied probiotic to support digestive health.

In addition to Actrisave, the Dr. Formulated Hair Growth Gummies for Men contain biotin and a probiotic for digestive support.
